    Restrictions on trading of publicly traded partnerships (“PTP”)

    • MIBHK will allow client to sell only (NO BUY) and NO stock transfer in of these PTP stock effective on 13 December 2022.
       
      The above notice is based on the current U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) related laws and regulations. The content may differ due to the changes of the IRS regulations or implementation date.

    Extension of Volatility Control Mechanism (“VCM”) and Dynamic Price Banding (“DPB”) Mechanism to Hang Seng TECH Index (“HTI”) Futures

    • Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited (“HKFE”) announces the extension of VCM and DPB to HTI Futures applicable contracts to enhance market integrity. The effective date will be 17 October 2022 (Monday). Please refer to the HKEx website for more details.

    • In order to cooperate with the social distancing measures by the HKSAR Government, with immediate effect, all face-to-face account opening, physical scrip deposit and withdrawal resumes normal.

    KE TRADE will no longer be supported from 1 April 2022

    • MIB Securities has launched its mobile trading platform, MIB TRADE. From now on, clients can download MIB TRADE and then browse with different market information and view your portfolio in ease. 
       
      Client who are using KE TRADE please download our new app MIB TRADE and perform two factor authentication registration again. (Please note, KE TRADE will no longer be supported from 1 April 2022 and this app will be removed from App Store and Google Play Store)

    Global Securities trading temporary arrangement (23/2/2022)

    • Thank you for your support.
       
      If you would like to place any Global Securities orders (USA, Singapore, Malaysia market) through Foreign Stocks Trading system, please contact your Account Executive or our Dealing department at (852) 2268 0688. Thank you. 
       
      The system will resume on 24 Feb 2022.

    Suspension of on-site account opening / physical scrip deposit and withdrawal

    • In order to cooperate with the social distancing measures by the HKSAR Government, with immediate effect, all face-to-face account opening, physical scrip deposit and withdrawal will be temporary suspended until 20 April 2022. 
       
      Please try not visit our offices unless you have a pre-arranged appointment.  Within our premises, visitors must wear mask at all times and should obtain a valid proof of negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test or rapid test result within 24 hours.
